Training and support Not only do we offer quality support and training, but our renowned AutoCAD technical support is supplied free of charge to all of our Autodesk customers.

Keynetix Ltd operates from our head office in Redditch, UK. The majority of UK SI contractors use our software solutions to assist them in the production of their reports and 27 out of the top 30 consultants in the UK use our systems to analyse their geotechnical data. Excellence in data management is our company ethos and our software reflects this.

We have recently started to promote our products overseas and are rapidly growing our business beyond the UK market. There are now Keynetix customers using our software in more than 20 countries.

We strongly believe in the use of industry standards as they contribute significant time and resource savings for companies large and small, and enable us to offer cost effective solutions without charging high up-front configuration costs. Keynetix have funded active members of the AGS data management committee since 1997 , DIGGS since 2005 and offered assistance to many local and national authorities in their implementation of these standards.

As an employer we have always ensured that our developers, trainers and support staff get maximum exposure to the industry they serve, and we are justly proud of the accumulated industry knowledge and skills they possess.

As well as software we use our assembled expertise to provide data management consultancy to our clients and have helped many to make significant savings by improving their data workflow. The knowledge we have gained from writing software for systems such as the Highways Agency Geotechnical Data Management System (HA GDMS probably the world’s largest GDMS) enables us to help our clients reduce costs, win more business and improve their service.

The company has grown significantly since our first product, HoleBASE, was launched in 1990 and we now have a wide range of products tailored to the market's needs.
